Today Ben woke up and asked if we were going to see Grandma this year. I assured him we would see her soon.

Ben and I spent the morning making more Christmas cookies. He's such a huge help in the kitchen. I've assigned him his own set of measuring cups so he'll keep his mits off of mine! He loves to help and really loves taste testing the cookies. Today he didn't even ask. I turned my back for a second and when I turned back he was reaching for a cookie. He's too cute and the holidays are too close to get upset about such theivery.

He's been asking every day if we can do "Christmas time" yet. I'm not sure how things are going to go down this year since he will be celebrating at several different houses. Should be interesting.

Ben received a special present today from his girlfriend, Brynn. She sent him a book titled "Beckett and the Panda-monium" it's absolutely adorable! He also received a card from his Aunt Monster with stickers in it. Unfortunately, I had to spend the evening picking stickers out of Chops' fur. Poor Chops!

Ben and I went for a stroll this evening and he had to stop to look at every Christmas light we passed. He also stopped to pet some super soft doggies. It was a beautiful and clear night for a walk - we had a great time!
