Monday Ben had his first day of summer Mini Jacks class. The last session was all boys but this summer there are a few girls mixed in. This should be interesting. He was delighted to see his friends Jakob and Wyatt are in his class.
Yesterday I dragged poor Ben to the motor vehicle administation so I could finally get a Maryland Drivers License. He was so good as we waited patiently in the long line. I promised him lunch at the outlet mall food court followed by a trip to the playground. Unfortunately, the weather people completely blew the forecast. It was supposed to be sunny and 81 degrees. It was cold and rainy. Ben didn't mind though. We still hit the food court where he indulged in one of his all time favorites, Auntie Anne's pretzels.
We don't have much going on this week. It's raining again today - blah! We have a playdate scheduled at his friend Jakob's tomorrow so I'm hoping the weather clears up by then. Looks like today will be a good art project day.
