We are finished with swim lessons until after Labor Day - hooray! Not that I didn't enjoy seeing my little guy doing laps in the pool, but after four days a week for six weeks, I'm a little tired. Ben has made great progress since we first started. He needs to work on extending his arms a bit more while swimming, but other than that, he is doing a great job! We're so proud of him.
The rest of our summer will be spent swimming at Beaver Creek and hopefully seeing some friends. Next weekend my best friend Margie is coming to town -can't wait to see her. She always has an interesting "approach" with Ben. She claims to not be a kid person and doesn't want any of her own. But like a dog attracted to a person who doesn't like dogs, Ben thinks Aunt Margie is funny. And, she is!
